Warlord Academy is a game for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms.
Your use of Warlord Academy is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins.
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other regions. All purchases are made through your Apple Account; we never see your payment details.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the access it bought ends.
The one-time unlock can be shared with your family group. A shared copy gets unlimited practice; the 30 days of ranked play come only with a purchase of your own.
Ranked play is scored on our servers, which re-run every battle from the moves you submit. Please do not modify the game, automate play, or submit results the game did not produce. We may remove ladder standings obtained that way, and in serious or repeated cases may end access to ranked play.
You keep whatever you write in the game. By playing ranked matches you allow us to store your submitted moves and results so opponents can face a recording of your run, and so matches can be verified and replayed.
Ranked play depends on our servers and may be interrupted for maintenance or ended with notice. Practice play does not need a connection. Warlord Academy is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and those in Apple's agreement above.
