Warlord Academy — Privacy Policy

Warlord Academy collects as little as it can. There is no advertising, no analytics service, no third-party tracking, and nothing is ever sold or shared for advertising.

What we collect

• Your Game Center player identifier. Ranked play signs you in with Game Center, and we store the identifier it gives us, along with the alias you chose there. We never receive your Apple Account email or password.
• Gameplay content. For ranked matches: the moves you submit, the boards you field, match results and your ladder rating. We store these so matches can be verified, replayed, and used as recorded opponents for other players.
• Purchase records. When you buy something, Apple gives the app a signed receipt, which we send to our server to confirm what you are entitled to. It contains identifiers for the purchase — never your name, card, or billing address.

Practice matches are played entirely on your device and are not sent to us.

What we do not collect

No advertising identifier, no location, no contacts, no photos, no browsing activity, no device fingerprinting, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites. Warlord Academy does not ask for permission to track, because it does not.

Where it goes

Data is stored on servers we operate in the United States. Apple handles all payments and sends us only the signed receipt described above. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising software development kits.

How long we keep it

Ranked match records and ladder standings are kept while your account is active and for as long as a season's results need to be verifiable. Purchase records are kept as long as the entitlement lasts and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Children

Warlord Academy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

• You can play practice matches without signing in to Game Center at all; nothing leaves your device.
• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Deleting your data ends ranked access and removes your ladder standing.
• Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device, including your local match history.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so in the app.
